風通しのよいおしゃれカフェでコーヒーとブランチを
街の中心区域にあるコーヒーショップ「Vacation」を経営する兄弟がコーヒー豆を提供しているLOBBS は、すぐにBrunswickで最も人気のあるスポットの1つになりました。店内には自然光が降り注ぎ、広い客席がたくさん用意されており、リラックスしあがら忙しく働くバリスタを見ることもできます。地域の告知ができる掲示板も設置されており、とてもよいアイディアだと関心しました。
コーヒーはシェアロースター「Bureaux Collective」で焙煎した豆を使用しており、広々としたカウンターで抽出されます。La Marzocco Linea PB-3 とEK43 グラインダーはともにホワイトで統一。取材時にいただいたのは胡麻のペースト”タヒニ”が塗られたパンの上にアボカドや野菜、ターメリックエッグとともにチリソースがかけられたもの。その他にも豊富なメニューから好みに合わせて選ぶことができます。

Brought to you by the brothers who run the colorful CBD coffee shop Vacation, LOBBS has quickly become one of Brunswick’s most popular spots to visit. The café is filled with natural light and there’s ample seating to relax and watch the baristas working hard. We also really liked the community noticeboard.
Coffee is roasted at Bureaux Collective, brewed on a spacious counter using a La Marzocco Linea PB-3 and EK43 grinder, both white. There’s an extensive food menu to choose from – including avocado with green tahini, fermented chili, green and turmeric egg.
