メルボルンで最も人気のあるコーヒースポットの1つであるAssembly は、Lygon Street からすぐ近くにあり、2013年にオープンしたコーヒーと紅茶の専門店です。
見た目にも美しい、テラス席のテーブルや椅子、ギャラリー風のスペース（インテリアデザイナーのNatsui さん（https://bynatsui.wixsite.com/bynatsui/home）が設計した）で過ごすこともできます。To Go 専用の窓からはバリスタが丁寧にエスプレッソを抽出するところを見ることができます。コーヒーの生豆は環境に配慮した形で仕入れられ、メルボルンにあるシェアロースター”Bureaux Collective”で焙煎されています。

One of Melbourne’s most popular spots for coffee, Assembly, a stone’s throw from Lygon Street, has been specializing in coffee and tea since 2013.
You can sit at the tables and chairs outside, or inside in the gallery-like setting (desiged by Natsui https://bynatsui.wixsite.com/bynatsui/home), which is visually beautiful. There is also a window to order to go, where you can watch your barista pulling your shot with care. Coffee is ethically sourced, and roasted at Bureaux Collective.
